Just the nuts & bolts

1 Pre-qualification video screening interview

<20 mins

You will complete a short video screening interview where you will answer a number of key questions on your experience and understanding of the role.

2 Meet with Hiring Leader

45 mins

You will spend some time meeting with your potential leader (Hiring Leader) over Google Hangouts to learn more about ATB Ventures and the opportunity.

3 Culture-add interview

60 mins

You will meet with a member of the leadership team over Google Hangouts to dive deeper into your experience and fit for the role.

4 Group interview OR experiential interview

90 mins

You will participate and collaborate in complete a brief exercise to help us learn more about your strategy, approach, and technical expertise.

5 Final leadership interview
